WHY WE GATHER
Spiritual development deepens in community.
These workshops are designed for communities, groups, retreats, organizations, and events that want to explore spirituality in a grounded, practical way.
Each experience combines teaching, reflection, and guided practice to help participants better understand their spiritual nature—and learn how to engage it more consciously in everyday life.
Book one workshop as a standalone experience, or bring all three together as a deeper progression.

01
Living Spirit Forward
A foundation for understanding your spiritual nature—and learning to live from it more consciously.
Most of us are taught how to navigate life through the mind and the physical senses. Far less attention is given to the spiritual capacities that quietly shape how we perceive, discern, connect, and respond.
Living Spirit Forward introduces participants to a practical framework for understanding the spiritual side of being human. We explore the different ways spiritual information can move through us, how those channels show up in ordinary life, and what changes when we begin paying attention.
Participants will explore:
What it means to live 'spirit forward' in everyday life
The different way people perceive and process spiritual information
Intuition, inner knowing, imagery, sensation, and other common spiritual channels
How to recognize the difference between spiritual awareness and mental noise
Why spiritual sensitivity looks different from person to person
Simple practices for becoming more conscious of your own spiritual operating system
02
Clearing What
You Carry
Learning to recognize what you absorb, what you hold, and what may no longer belong to you.
We move through the world constantly taking in information—emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually. Without awareness, it can become difficult to tell what is actually ours and what we have picked up along the way.
Clearing What You Carry focuses on spiritual maintenance: how to notice accumulation, understand the ways it can affect your inner landscape, and develop practices for returning to greater clarity.
Participants will explore:
How emotional and spiritual residue accumulate
Recognizing when you may be carrying somethint that is not your won
The relationship between boundaries, attention, and spiritual sensitivity
How fear, stress, and unresolved emotion can cloud discernment
Grounded practices for clearing and resetting your internal space
Building a sustainable rhythm of spiritual hygiene rather than waiting until you feel overwhelmed

03
Equipping
the Spirit
Developing discernment, boundaries, and a more intentional relationship with the unseen.
Spiritual openness is only part of the picture. Maturity also requires discernment—knowing what deserves your attention, what does not, and how to remain grounded when engaging experiences you cannot always explain.
Equipping the Spirit explores spiritual protection and discernment without fear-based thinking. Participants learn how to approach spiritual experiences with greater clarity, responsibility, and confidence while remaining rooted in their own relationship with God and Spirit.
Participants will explore:
Why discernment matters as spiritual awareness develops
How to evaluate spiritual impressions rather than automatically trusting them
The role of intention, boundaries, and spiritual authority
Understanding the difference between openness and indiscriminate access
How to stay grounded when encountering experiences that feel unusual, intense, or difficut to interpret
Developing a more responsible and intention relationship with spiritual participation
